A Brief Glimpse

A Brief glimpse of some of the work that you can view at the Forest Hills Art Center during the month of July. Check out their website to view more!

About Me

Warm memories of being in my grandfather's art studio find themselves nestled within my work. I remember the fragrance of oil paints and seeing the crumpled tubes lying in half open drawers. These, the rich memories of a child, formed and shaped the artist that I would become. Perhaps it is within this "child's mind" that I imagine and create. Most of my work conveys this sense of history. My studio is a diorama of my life and work. It is filled with old treasures that will find themselves re-visited to begin a new life. It is a place for transformation, for my work and for me.
